CTA allows questions accross display

I once installed CTA's for a nationwide stock trading co. The corporate had a cta put at all the sites and was able to send questions the individuals 7310/7324's via their display, while using the soft keys to answer the question. yes,no,etc... Does anyone know what program was used to send the questions to the phones? Is it a norstar product or what?

That does appear to be what I was looking for. Text messaging. I wonder if anyone else makes this also.
