Well, I've never had to, but I've got a couple in the warehouse. I'll check the install manuals in the morning, but if you've already been through them, I won't be telling you anything you don't already know.

i think when u log into cta via set with feature code you get a serial number

TSP is the server client not the user application i.e Desktop Messaging etc.
I didnt think there was any access to CTA's via telset....unless maintence shows anything or it's written on the back of the CTA itself maybe.
TSP License Upgrade Guide should tell you how...it should come with the TSP upgrade kit.
Try looking for Site ID in the TSP application which might show the CTA ID and amount of users or licences it currnetly has.
