Any one know if there is an specific problem with ct-adapter R6A? I have three of them that don't work.

They can be used with OWS.

I had the same problem, with 4 CT adapteres R6a. They would not start properly when plugged in. The LED flashed at the wrong rate. I never got to the bottom of the problem, just replaced them.

There was a problem with a current limitation circut for a while. That can be solved with a resistor connected in serial with the PBX line. (If I remeber correct we used 1000 ohm)
