CSV File Format unavailable in Infoview Export

Hi All

We have Enterprise XI and have never had the option to export to CSV while using Infoview.

I can schedule reports and have the file export as CSV but it's just not available when users run reports on the fly.

Goes anyone have any ideas what I can do to rectify this? Could it be a registry setting where it only shows a certain number of values in a dropdown list?
