CSV field with leading zero, loses leading zero 1

hi,

When you OPEN a .csv with Excel, Excel assumes that values (between the COMMAS) that are all numeric characters, are NUMBERS and convert them accordingly.

In order to prevent such 'help' on your behalf, IMPORT the data, via Data > Import Text, and EXPLICITLY specify, in the dialog, which columns are to be imported as GENERAL, TEXT, DATE.
