CSUM on a column(count-iem AS 1) in the select clause and if the CSUM is in a view things come back in a different order than if it isn't in the view. With the CSUM in the view, I can't generate the same CSUM numbers.
How does CSUM relate to the order in which rows are returned?

The CSUM function has a format of
CSUM(sumvalue, sort_order_1, sort_order_2)

Are you putting a sort order in?

A GROUP BY clause will cause the CSUM to reset to zero.
