Can CStr() return dates in different formats?

I'm looking to return my date in the format of MM/DD/YYYY as oposed to DD/MM/YY.

My system settings are also in MM/DD/YYYY but CStr and Format date also return it in the format DD/MM/YYYY.

Try looking into setting the LCID, that may solve the issue with how the format is coming out of the FormatDate function (think Onpnt has a FAQ that xplain this better than I can).
