Considering the range of technology, I wasn't sure which forum to post in!

Anyway, I'm a code-centric designer, and do most of my coding in a text editor of some kind. However, I've been asked by my current employeer to make the pages editable in Dreamweaver 3.0 For the most part, they are passable, however, I use a JScript browser sniffer to decide which CSS to send with the page.

Because of this, the text does not show up properly in Dreamweavers Preview Window (text formating, styles don't display)

I don't suppose there is some way of getting Dreamweaver to intrepret the code is there?

Hi,

I'm not familiar with Dreamweaver, but most html editors allow you to choose the browser you want to preview the page with, so you can configure external browsers and preview with them instead of the built-in viewer.

Bye.

Its Dreamweavers own code preview, or live update screen or whatever, I don't know what it's called. To preview we use IE, and looks fine, but its when in production that it looks messed up.
