CSS Templates

Does anyone know of any websites which offer css based templates (free would be great, but I don't mind if there is a cost associated) based on the same HTML structure?

I've seen lots of sites that offer templates, but most of the templates are based on a different structure. What I really need is a site that shows them based on exactly the same structure, and simply changing the css would apply a new style (like css zen garden does, but I think that's more of a demonstration of artwork and people's design skills rather than a site where you could download/buy the templates).

As an update, the closest I've found to this is

http://blog.html.it/layoutgala/

which has 40 different layouts based on the same markup. This is exactly what I am looking for, with the addition of some styling applied.
