CSS Table Border Colors?

Does anybody know how to set the colors of a "light" and an "dark" border on a table with CSS?

Another IE versus Netscape, but IE uses the HTML format of

<table border=&quot;1&quot; width=&quot;100%&quot; bordercolordark=&quot;#6F0000&quot; bordercolorlight=&quot;#C40000&quot;>

I can't find anything in my CSS reference, but I'd make an educated guess at border-color-dark:#xxxxxx and border-color-light:#xxxxxx. Tracy Dryden
