CSS only applys to mailto links. Help!

Hi<br><br>I can't get my normal page links on this site to accept the a:hover style except the mailto links.&nbsp;&nbsp;The no decoration style seems to apply itself fine, just not the hover.<br><br>Can anyone help?&nbsp;&nbsp;The site is:<br><br><A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> the style sheet:<br><br><A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> <p>fortytwo<br><a href=mailto:will@hellacool.co.uk>will@hellacool.co.uk</a><br><a href= test site</a><br>

That is really weird.&nbsp;&nbsp;I tried it on another computer and they worked.&nbsp;&nbsp;I reset my machind and they still don't except for the mailto: links.&nbsp;&nbsp;It works on this page:<br><br><A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> is just my browser and the main.html page.<br><br>Any ideas? <p>fortytwo<br><a href=mailto:will@hellacool.co.uk>will@hellacool.co.uk</a><br><a href= test site</a><br>
