css no scroll menu

lol I feel like I should write help...I am trying to locate a "simple" script for css coding on a menu that won't scroll when the user scrolls my webpage...

Check the javascript forum unless you want to use frames. So, in short, check the javascript forum.

You could use "position: fixed" in the css for the style but IE doesn't support that. There is however a workaround. Here are some links:

You could also use javascript to constantly move the menu to its correct spot but that's no fun.
