Hi All,

I'm doing this very simple web site with a flash movie on the home page that rotates images with a simple fade in/out. That's it. The rest of the site is HTML with a Fireworks-generated drop-down menu. When you roll over the links on the menu in Safari, the flash images lose their transparency, get this weird red and yellow halo, and/or flicker, throwing the movie off. Any suggestions (beyond building the whole page in flash with a flash nav - believe me, I already considered that one)?

Thank you in ADVANCE!

Make sure z-index of your drop-down menu is higher than that of your SWF, and wmode is set to opaque or transparent.

But some browsers does not handle this very well, there's not much you can do about it.

Adobe site uses HTML drop-down over Flash: < Does this work on Safari? (I left my G5 at home I can't test right now.)
