I'm using Dreamweaver MX. I'm trying to alter the appearance of hyperlinks in a div using css - I just want to make them appear smaller in this div. It so happens that these are navigation links that are actually in a server-side include. When I am editing the page in Dreamweaver, the links in this SSI appear as I want them to. However, when I view the page in a browser, they do not.

I am guessing that style rules are applied to a page before the SSI is pulled, not afterward.

Is that correct?

ya, just make sure your links in your ssi file are correct

<a href=&quot;link.htm&quot; class=&quot;one&quot;>click here</a>

and make sure you have a class a.one [Hammer]
