CSQI/CSQO change need sysload??

I need to change the CSQI/CSQO numbers in the PARM in LD17. This is an Option 81C CP4 release 4.5 I was hoping an INI after will commit these changes but I was also told that a full SYSload is required. Just wondering if anyone there did this with only an INI and was sure that only an INI was needed???

CSQI/CSQO is a change to the call registers and will go into effect with an INI.
No sysload required.

I do remember many of the PARM settings do require an INI. I don't remember any that need sysload.

If it were me, I would make the change, then INI, and see if your issue is resolved.
