csp pages not found

Hi,

I'm using Crystal Enterprise 9 on Windows 2000 with IIS 5.

I just installed and can get to the launchpad, but when I try to go to eportfolio or the management console, I get an http 500 internal server error: "The page cannot be displayed".

I have checked out some prior threads to do with ensuring the csp/cwr/cri extensions are pointing at wcsisapi.dll in IIS, which I have done. I'm running out of ideas.

If you know of anything I might try, please help.
