CSIM Methodology Download Problems

I'm having trouble downlaoding the CSIM methodology. I can download it but nothing happens when I try to invoke it. Have you had the same issue?

Also, there is also another methodology called the Business Analytics Solutions Implementation Methods, consisting of roadmaps for implementation, planning, TM1, and so on. Do they overlap, are they the same, or are they different?

The problem had to do with the browser. I open up the index in Mozilla and it's now OK.
