Hi,

We're running IPSO (modified unix) on a Nokia firewall. I've created a script in csh to output certain commands to a textfile.

The script works fine when executed but when i crontab the script to run, all the data that was outputed to a text file appears all on one paragraph (table structure of the data is not kept)

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Can we see the script?

Are you sure it's being run by csh when it is run from cron? i.e. does it have a #!/usr/bin/csh shebang on the first line of the script?

Annihilannic.
