They won't let me use Python, so I decided to use VBScript on the command line. Problem is, it doesn't do anything. If I make a coding error, cscript.exe give a message, but if not, even msgbox doesn't do anything. I can't get Hello World to run, even! The workaround is to use VBA from Excel, which is overkill. Does anyone have a clue?

Hello, aratinga.
Maybe you can give a running description of how you do it on commandline so that someone can detect what goes wrong. Also, can you be more specific on how your sys administrator disallows wscript? The clue can be there too.
