CSA001 9 ??

I am getting the above message repeatedly. I have an option 11 and an octel 250. They interface either via DMID or voicebridge. When I look up the CSA code it says "ESDI no response to the SL-1's command". any idea what, if anything, I need to do? thanks

the opt 11 is designed with aml 9 configuered already for mer mail, just out your aml 9 in ld 17 adan

It would be good to remove the AML 9 data from your switch. The CPU is working to get this link established to something you don't have. Thjs software comes already programmed from the manufacturer weather you need it or not. In your case you don't need it. If I were you I'd go to LD 17

are you positive this will cause no damage? I am in NY and this PBX is in L.A. at ADAN I just type OUT AML 9 and carriage return thru the rest?

The only thing you can do in LD 17 is CHG. No PRT or OUT.
