CS50 wireless Headset w/3904 Phone

I am able to get the headset to beep and pickup when I am away from my desk. However, if someone from the outside calls, I don't hear the headset beep. It does beep when the caller hangsup. Any ideas as to why it does not beep when an external call comes in?

are you using distinctive ring on external?

EXR1 is set to Executive Distinctive Ringer 0
DRG1 is set to High Fast Tone
DNDR is set to 0
DRDA is set to Denied

Would this be for external callers or internal?
