Hi, simple question...I hope.

I make a document using Master Text Frames. At times when we need to reflow and add pages because a chapter ran longer I get duplicate text frames. Not all chapters ususally the one that had the amount of pages increase. I can resolve it by deleting the text frame from the master after the job is complete, but this doesn't satisfy me as the correct solution. Any questions? (p.s. I may have several chapters in one file. Chapter to chapter are not threaded, only the pages involved in each chapter are threaded)

Thanks much!

If you have a Master Text frame set up, and you need to add a page, the page will have that text frame on it. Are you creating a new one to flow the text into? What you need to do is click on the outflow text triangle of the text frame that has overset text (little red plus sign), then create a new page and roll over the text frame on the new page and click...the text will flow into the frame that was put there by the master page....make sense? Hope that helps.
