CS2 V. Version 10 data variables problem

Hi all.
I'm trialling Ill CS but have run into a variable data problem.
In V.10 I can move the data image around the artboard area and when I change the data set to the next variable the data changes as it should.
In CS the variable data set loses it's linking if I move the image so when I change the data set, it doesn't change the variable.

Am I missing a setting in CS?
