CS1K to Siemens HighPath 8000 via SIP

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Has anybody setup a SIP connection between a CS1K Rls 5.5 and a Siemens HighPath 8000.

I have had this request from a customer but have no experience of Siemens HP8K and can find no interoperability information on either manufactures site, even within the Technical Support area.

Has anybody got any advice or better still any configuration documentation or recommendations.

i worked simmons hipath but at the time they did not support sip.. the newer ones may, BUT simmons is no longer in the telephone game.. i doubt if there tech support is still any help. not that they were ever any help..
