hI All,
I have a CS1K rls 7.5 and Avaya ACM connected via PRI E1 trunk.
DID trunks terminated at CS1K and when call comes in I can see the caller id at Nortel phone. However when I transfer the call to ACM it shows the extension number of CS1K instead of Originated Caller ID.
If I forward call from CS1K to ACM via ACD at LD 23 I am able to see Caller id at ACM.
What could be the problem?
