Hello, I have an issue the calling user id for outbound calls when in normal mode, it shows up as unknown thus having issues with call accounting for SRG. The calls go out via PRI to telco on SRG, main office is CS1000E v5.5 and using SIP. When i look at the line monitor i would see user as L87-? and L1-?, UIP monitor also shows Calling party number-Unknown. How can I fix this?
