CS1k Rls 7.5 DPNSS

New co-res TDM install into a DPNSS network.
Cannot set call forward to another site from 500 set or digital
has anyone else come across this issue ?

Have 2 rls 5 switches which setup ok

have enabled plugins 4,33 also changed the DDV prompt in RLB from YES to NO but still fails.

is this a failing within the 7.5 ?

any advice gladly accepted.

Don't know squat about DPNSS but maybe plug-in 209 applies?
"BCS set can't forward i/c DPNSS to o/g DPNSS using TSC:.
Or amybe one of the many other plug-ins for DPNSS?

unable to apply plugin 209 as do not have package 409
have also applied plugins 31 and 64
remote switches are unable to set up CFW back to the 7.5
arranging for linuxbase and CS deplist to be updated will retry
and if fails pass to Avaya.

I've found this below.

Unable to set Call Forward Via DPNSS.

The Sucession performs correctley by sending the *30B Diversion Validation string, however the distant end does not support Diversion Validation hence it times out and NU is returned to the M1 user.
On earlier S/W MPLR20611 could be employed which gave a new prompt DVV (Diversion Validation) in the DPNSS RDB, from release 5.50 there is a prompt DDV in the RLB:

DDV DPNSS Diversion Validation.
YES = Process the messages sent from the far end.
NO = Far end is not M1 and does not handle Diversion
Validation messages for CFW. Ignore the messages from the far end and allow setting of CFW.

package 409 enabled temporarily to enable plugins mentioned previously, call forward still not invoking.
issue now with Avaya, will update with their findings.

i had similar issues a couple of months ago following an upgrade, fortunatley all was resolved when all the latest linux updates (3 in the right order)& all the usual dep & LW (total pain)

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
