CS1K R7.5 poor voice Quality

Good Morning,

I have cs1k Rls 7.5 with 5 MGXPEC card. internal calls doesnt have any problem while External calls have poor voice quality via E1/T1 card.

Does anybody experienced this?

Any help would be appreciated.
