cs1k ghost ringing

I have a nortel cs1k that is experiencing ghost ringing on analog sets to the front desk phone..Ex.. analog polycom in middle of conf and polycom dials front desk, various analog sets dialing each other and front desk.. This is happening across the different sites connected to pbx thru sig servers. would a sysload help if it hasnt been done in a while?
 
Your problem could be.
1. Bad jack
2. Bad inside wire
3. Bad polycom unit
4. Bad analogue line card.
Pull the jumper and look towards the set with your multi meter, you shouldn't see any resistance(change line card or mov to a new TN). If you do have resistance unplug the phone and test again.(no resistance, you fixed it... bad phone). If you still have resistance after unplugging the phone, it could be corrosion on the pins in the jack. Take the jack apart and test. (still and issue? Bad cable or a cross connect. change those)
