CS1K CPU health issue, need help!

My CS1K CPU 1 show eth 080 : 0000 (outofservice) where is eht 0 8 0????? Anyone know?

Yes it is connected. The funny things is if I turn off cpu 1 it will roll over back to cpu 0 and 0 8 0 will show in services. But anytime it does a graceful switch over to CPU 1 it will turn 0 8 0 back to OOS and cannot go back to CPU 0 unless I force it by turning cpu 1 off.
 
yes it is connected to the MGC CE port both CPU was connected that way.
 
Try taking it directly to the switch not the mgc.

I have try that, but it is still have the same issue
 
Had the same issue on a CS1000E HA Rls 5.00w it turned out to be the 1Gb compact flash drive that was the issue. Replaced the flash and all was hunky dory.
