I am planning to write a c# Winforms application to communicate with nortel
via more userfriendly and more ignorant interface


-> Checking statuses of CARDS,
-> Listing Extentions,
-> Detecting and Changing Extention settings etc.

HyperTerminal is like hell. And also, I don't want to be the only person who understands and
maintain this timewarn system.

Any contributaion is appreciated.

It sounds good, but I'm wondering if all your efforts will be worthwhile considering that we are seeing many of these systems being replaced these days.

The thing is, my organization will keep these systems for a while. [Funds and stuff].

My approximation is at least 3 years nortel's are with me.

I have to do the administration and maintanence of these systems

in following years. Thus and so...
