Hello guys ,
I Just come right there ,hopefully you guys can give a clue .
Having call server up and running on a co resident system , both CS are shadowing data , each has an MGC with 2 DSP , DB1 96 DB2 32 , also both the call server are within the security domain on on ucm - we recently notice that a bunch of calls are droped automatically just right after those have been tranfered from the ivr to the call server but only when traffic is high ... Some said that most likely is about a lack of dsp channels , or something related to network issue , anyway, i am not a pro i want to know as some network device allow it a good manner that i can in real time monitor the events, some kind of log events , in other to have an overview on what is the main cause.
Any idea.
Thanks !
