CS1K Callpilot Channels

When I disabled all channels in Callpilot Manager for maintenance, the related ports in the cs1k (pbx) still showed idle?
It should show being disabled, not idle. PLease let me know your thoughts?
 
I believe when you disable them in CP, the PBX should change from "IDLE Logged In" to "IDLE Logged Out". Disabling them in CP is not going to perform a DISU or DISC command in the PBX. Just my 2 cents without trying to verify.


 
If disabled in Callpilot, pbx should also say "disabled logout".
But my pbx stays at "idle" and there is no logout.
