Hi all,

It should be weird my question but i am totaly new on CS1k _ iam just start leaning basic cmd for programing CS1k...
for the first login step, i have read that i should press <CR> and go ahead ... is this key corespond to the Enter / Return key ?

Let me know guy.

Thanks !

Hello,

closed_ my doubt on the <CR> key is solved , this key word means <Carriage Return>.

Thanks !

But, i am so confuse while typing cmd... i cannot get the prompt ">" stay in cmd line, evertime i type a cmd press the <CR> key and this following message do not stop to apply

AUD022 0EE6600C 00000E00 00000003 00006658 00000000 00000000 00000000

You never type cmd for anything in a CS1K. After you log in you go to the load you want to go to.

Okay Thanks !

Understood...

I was looking to display all the extensions, and i was trying to get into this load *LD 83*, but i just enter the "LD" the line AUD022 0EE6600C 00000E00 00000003 00006658 00000000 00000000 00000000 appears automatically after the first type of LD, but the next prompt shows a point "." i guess i can go ahead by typing the rest of the Load. Please let me know if that it is not a problem.

Thanks !

The AUD022 is just an audit code, you can ignore it. What exactly are you trying to find out in LD 83?

Rep : To get a list of all the current extensions configured in the CS1k_

Thanks !

I will have to say in my 26 years working on these machines I have never used LD 83, maybe I have been missing something, who knows.

Okay, good.

Let me tell you. The system is an Avaya Communication Server 1000,and actually it works, some extensions are already configured and are working as well... This is for a Call Center service,so obviously others services are part of this configuration ,like AACC and all its components. I am getting access in the CS1k, i have followed a doc, and try to understand all the basic cmd first . Yes i saw the LD 83 is for listing extensions... Ok. For now i am getiing confuse completely, seems that there is some cmd line which can use only on ACS1K.

Please let me know if you have a glue.

THanks !

You are into the command line on the CS1K when you go into different loads. There is no other command line, it's called VxWorks. Proprietary Nortel/Avaya software. There is also command line for the Linux on a CoRes machine as well as the signal servers. Call Center AACC is an add on additional server running windows.

For me, LD 83 is a very useful overlay to obtain a printout of all the sets because the structure of the data lets you run a script to carry out changes as it as all the requirements in the one line such as TN,DN,TYPE etc.

When I used to be asked to make mass changes to say, add or delete a feature that was needed, I would print off the data in 83 and then just remove the lines of TN's not needed and I have my source file ready to use. It's quick and easy to run with the attached Procomm Plus script.

Hello Guys,

Is there a way to disable these line of events if by doing that any problem will occur ?
below is the log -->
AUD022 0EE6600C 00000E00 00000003 00006658 00000000 00000000 00000000

Thanks !

Go to LD 32 and type conv 6658 and press enter. It should provide you a TN. Check the TN and see what it is and what it's doing. Do the same for E00.
Once you determine what the TNs are, either reset, disable or delete it. Then go to LD 44 and type r 2, press enter and wait for it to finish.
