CS1K attendant console extension

Hi All,
thanks in advance if anyone can give me a hand.
my CS1K has some attendants, now if caller input"0", it will ring extension "2310", I just want to change it to ring '3917', how should I set it up? what is the call flow after press"0"?

does it ring that extension when in Night service? LD 21 prt, nit
 
That sounds like Auto Attendant programming in the Voice Mail not programming in the CS1K

You already stated that 0 was your ATT DN

Now if it is going to extension 2310 when you dial 0 then that would be traced from the ATT data onwards so in LD 21 print the ATT data see if there is an overflow DN and more likely print the NIT data and see what is in there

Correct. If you want it to ring a different extension, then you change the NIT1 parameter.

when a calls comes in while all agents are serving other calls, user as calling party will be queued and hear a greeing "thank you for continuing hold, someone will be with you shortly".

Are you still talking about the attendant consoles or some other agent queue?
That will affect the answer.

Maybe start a new thread.
 
Are you meaning when it is passed to Night DN 2950, if so LD 23 and print the ACD 2950 see whats set against the RAN routes most likely.
