Hi,

We have set up a sip trunk between IPO and CS1K and it seems to be up (in IP Office I can see channels idle and in service) and in CS1K we check DCH is ACTIV

However when we call from CS1K to ipo we receive release & try again, the same thing on the other side : busytone

On traces, I can see the SIP Invite messages exchnaged

Please what can be the issue, how I can check IPO is correctly registered in the NRS ?

Thank you

I you are using a static IP address in the NRS for your IP office there is not a good way to see registration if it is dynamic you will not see the IP address populate in the NRS if the system did not register. I would also suggest turning on the d-channel messaging for your virtual d-channel in the CS1k to make sure you see the call coming across.

Don't register it with the NRS point the IPO to the Node IP of the CS1K is that any better? Its what we used to do with Cisco when we had an NRS as they did not support redirect (assuming your NRS is working in redirect not linux proxy).
