Currently we have all the ACD reports being dumped out a single TTY.
I would like to separate this so that I get different ACD queue reports on separate TTY's
I am not seeing anyway to do this, Am I missing it, or is that the way it is?
Or at least have all reports printed on 2 tty's.

STIO is where you set what tty port it prints to as well as being defined in your schedule block.

PRIO is where you define them in the SCB as well as building a tty port with user ACD defined

So, I set acd group "1" to STIO "1"
ACD group "2" STIO is blank

in SCB PRIO is set to "2"

Do I leave PRIO blank?, and set STIO for ACD "2" to "2"?

This only prints every hour, I need to wait another 22 minutes to see if ACD "1" prints

You "could" just change the time to one minute before the hour - that is how I have tested. There is not that much risk, but I will leave the final decision up to others.

I dont think its possible with Basic ACD, you need contact centre / symposium. The PRIO prompt in the SCB determines where the the Reports are printed, the STIO prompt in the ACD Queue is for the Supervisors display only.

What I came up with..

I turned off STIO as it really was not what I was looking for
Figured out I could add more then 1 tty to PRIO. So PRIO is now 0 12

I get full reports rather then just the queue I want, but it will do.
Thanks for the help
