cs1k 7.5 install! where can I find the .nai file for 7.5

Hi

I have an issue with adding software load from the Deployment Server. I need to load the .nai file for 7.5 but it's not on the supplied USB and I cant find it on the AVAYA web site. The only files I can find via AVAYA is for 7.0 and 7.6. Can anyone help....?

Where can i get the .nai file from for 4221/7.5

Hmm - this has to be an error with Avaya's site. I just checked and I don't see the 7.5 downloads either.

I think this link is direct to the download for that file: ftp://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9/tsoweb/CS1000/7.5/cs1000-linux-75017-P103-M00.nai

Maybe that will work?

Check the PLDS site,

http://plds.avaya.com.

They've been moving the CS1K downloads to that site recently.

biv343 is correct. you will need to get access to the PLDS....they are moving everything there.

They may be moving many things to PLDS, but the Software Downloads for 7.5 still should be on the support site. It is for 7.0 and 7.6 - just not 7.5. Most/all other Avaya products will list out the available downloads, but when you click on it it takes you to the file on PLDS. I would assume the same thing should be happening for the CS1000.

I still think it's an issue with Avaya's website. Also, the .nai file is NOT on PLDS either right now.

In the search choose "cs1k m" (no ""'s of course)
It's there for 7.5.
