We are replacing our CS1000M.Release 5.5
The Memory is on the Flash Drive?
Any other concerns?
Don't want the CS1000 traceable back to us.

Thank You

Are you referring to the SSC card version?. If so, then the customer data is stored on the CPU as the Z drive backup and the main and secondary data is stored on the daughter board that is attached to the SSC card.

If it's the CPPM version, then the external compact flash card will contain the backup and the internal compact flash card will contain the main and secondary data files.

If you plan to sell the kit to pass onto another user, then it might be easier to reboot the system with the installation software on a PCMCIA card for the SSC and compact flash for the CPPM card to load in a default day one database to erase all customer data and do a "EDD" a few times to confirm it's gone afterwards by typing in "DAT" in LD 43.

I know the one external compact flash card is located on the Front of CPU. Internal?

Thanks

If it is a cppm is it a co-res or standalone. if just standalone then I would wipe the CF that is on the card.
