CS1000M to CS1000E conversion

Does anyone know of a tool or a plan for Avaya to make a tool for this data base conversion? To me it is ridiculous there is not one. This is what everybody is doing now.

You can always sent it to Avaya for conversion or look at it as an opportunity to clean up the database.

Hi.

There is a tool, but it's far from self explanatory, and it's difficult to handle. It's not TM, but they reuse some of the components in TM to generate and regenerate csv files to be used in SubManager. I think it's called ConversionTool.

Have Avaya do the convert or start from scratch on the system settings and have TM upload the the phones.
