I am trying to TIE to an audiocodes Mediant 1000 gateway. I am not sure of configuring the D ch. I am not sure about the IFC and SIDE setting on CS1000 and how the gateway should be set to match the CS1000. I have tried sl1 with Side = NET, D100 with SIDE = usr and the gateway was set as usr and NET repectively.

Hi Thanks for asking but we seem to have one of the TIE lines working. I am set as SL1 and Audiocodes gateway is set as D100 now. It appears my loop 11 with the Dch was plugged into gateway port 2 - which was set up with a D ch. When I moved the loop 11 to port 1 and vendor configuired it for D ch then the loop 11 came up and conversations both way. But for some reason loop 34 our 2nd TIE cannot make or receive calls. Loop 34 shows idle but when gateway makes a call to it we get protocol error. Now vendor is looking for his support people to figure out configuration problem at gateway end.
