I have (5) CS1000M MG, (2) Release 7.5, (2) Release 5.0 and (1) Release 5.5. They are all network together via Fiber. I continue to get TRK165 at all (5) sites only on the spans to each of the (5) sites. This also creating REPT overflow thresholds in Load 60 for each and every Loop/Channel. Does anybody know what is creating these TRK165 codes and how to get rid of them?

TRK0165 tn TIE - Repetitive messages (REPT).
Action: Refer to "Trunk Failures" section.
Severity: Minor. Critical to Monitor: Yes. SNMP trap: Yes

Looks like it applies to TIE lines which I assume are PRI between your PBX's. Verify that the signaling and other parameters are corrcet on both sides of your trunks.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

when you say they are networked together Via Fiber, are you referring to VOIP (LAN) or TDM?

is there centralized voicemail? could it be MWI indication failures somehow (mbox exists but no extension at far end).
do you have VNR (vacant number routing).
are people forwarding phones incorrectly? (cfw to B and B cfw back to A creating loops)

are the CDP entries matching the NRS (if you have that)

i think the error code gives you the TN number as well, so follow up on the TN in the error code.

They are PRI's between all (5) locations. all the settings are right on all routes and TN's. This error is being created by all TN's in each route at each site.
