Hi,
I have just enabled a seperate call centre app off og the CS1000 via a cisco gateway. All inbound calls arrive on the CS1000 via DASS PRI links. They all present CLID. If the call routes straight to the Cisco gateway via the Qsig links the CLID is carried with the call. If however a call terminates on the CS1000 and then someone tries to transfer to the Cisco. The originating CLID is dropped.
Is it possible to have the CS1000 retain the CLID and pass it onto the outbound Cisco PRI's.

What RCAP settings do you have on the QSIG links?.

I've got a customer who used QSIG onto Cisco and he had the following setup.
