CS1000M- digits dialed are not being recognized

I'm having a number of complaints that callers are dialing an extension via Call Pilot AA Menu and are being routed to the wrong extension. I've been given several examples and they all follow a similar pattern.

Ext dialed Outpulsed digits
5345 3345
6257 2257
6520 5520

As you can see the fist digit is not recognized and the second digit is being duplicated. Not real sure what's causing this...

Thoughts?
 
check your Call Pilot port programming. Off the top of my head check the XLST setting to make sure a pretranslation list wasn't added to these sets.

did this work correctly last week, or has this always been the case?
 
System has been in for years. Complaints have started over the last couple of weeks.
