I have a CS1000e with ssc media cards. After a brown out, cabinet 3 will not come back online, the ssc card is red. I need to know how to load the SSC card from the pcmcia card. And reformat the daughterboard. Thanks

Follow my guide below. It's old, but there are some differences when it's a Media card that needs to be restored.

The main thing is to have the correct software on the PCMCIA card and to format the daughterboard first!.

When going through the Media card settings, you won't need keycodes!. Select the auto assign IP addresse's option. Be prepared to wait 1/2 hour whilst the software is loaded in and then another 15 minutes whilst it links back with the main SSC card.

Thanks for your guide, worked great. Only a couple small differences between the guide and the 4.0 software that I loaded.
But since you told me ahead of time it was smooth sailing. I actually had to load 2 cabinets (1and3) as the ip daughterboard in the call manager was bad.
The hardest part was finding 4.0 software......
