CS1000E Upgrade Issue

I am upgrading to release 6.0. When I enter the compact flash that I created, I get "remove disks or other media press any key to restart". Even if I remove my compact flash I get that same error. Anyone seen this issue? HELP!!!!!!!

Yes I have seen compact flash cards go bad - hope you have a 'backup' - can't rely on just one :)
I have been able to 'fix' them before by plugging them into my laptop and going to DOS and do a checkdsk and it may find fixable errors - or you can try a /f but you might be scared that it would format (that just means fix errors automatically).
