I'm looking at integration of a CS1000e 7.5 and Lync for voice. If anyone has gone through this please share your experience and the architecture you went with.
i.e.
- did you use PCA licenses for sim ring?
- did you use an SBC between the two systems? If so, did your incoming trunks run to the SBC or to the pbx? What model did you use and how many users are you serving?
- did you use Session Manager?
- how did you manage voicemail?
- any tips on dial plan?
