CS1000E set features

We just went from CS1000m to a CS1000e 7.6; and the phones do not show the display on softkeys for Callers and Redial. The CLS seems right on sets. I've tried to enter from set features in menu, but still not working. I would think it is a system setting for all sets as I haven't had to do anything on other systems before...they have just always shown there on softkeys. anyone have insight? THANKS!

Are these IP phones? If so then it needs to be turned on in the Node Properties.

If they are 3900 sets then they need
KEY 27 CLT
KEY 28 RLT

If they are IP phones, in the Node Properties, check the box for Personal Directory. You will need to save the node config, do a sync, and restart applications. Do this after hours or the IP phones and all IP trunks will bounce.
