cs1000e rls 6.0 passwords stopped working

I have a cs1000e rls 6.0 and the passwords have stopped working for root/nortel/admin. If I sysload the call server the admin password works once. After you log out and try to login again it fails. Any ideas?

CS1000 can be reset by booting off the Linux Compact Flash. In the linux installation and commisioning guide. Admin password can be reset using the UCM guide.

Also do not forget to change the password ageing policy in UCM once you get back in.
