CS1000E can go upto 22500 pure IP and 5000 Analog / Digital sets. I just need to confirm in what configuration the hardware will be used, how many loops / shelves and cards will be used for all the 3 maximum capacities.

As far as digital/analogue you get 4 slots per MGC cabinet, 8 slots w/ expander, but still another MGC cabinet whether you make it a new loop or slots 7-10 on expander.

How can I have 5000 Digital/Analog phones per system? and 22500 IP Phones per system, please elaborate.

8 slots per media gateway and expander. 16 phones per card is 128 TDM sets per media gateway. 50 maximum media gateways on the system and you end up at 6400 TDM devices max, assuming you have no TMDIs, call servers, sig servers, miran, etc. My guess is that the 5000 digital/analog number came from the fact that you'll have call servers, sig servers and trunks in the system.

And what about IP Phones? Max 22500 IP Phones as a whole. How? Above calculation makes real sense. Thanks.....

Note that there is a new Media Gateway cabinet, MG1010E, that has 10 slots for IPE cards, plus two power-only slots for CPPM cards. This is in a 19 in. rack-mount chassis.

It also has an optional redundant power supply.
